shorter) Break TV will launch this fall with five to eight minute segments of popular

Forms Key Alliance With Microsoft
"BreakTV has entered into a promotional agreement
with the Microsoft Corporation, becoming an Internet Content Provider for Microsoft's windowsmedia.com
website. Microsoft's newest portal website focuses on streaming media content. Internet
users visiting windowsmedia.com can link directly to BreakTV's streaming
media content. Windowsmedia.com gets 1.4 million page views per day and over
300,000 unique visitors per day. It's the fastest growing streaming media website in the

Along with banner advertising, BreakTV brings something

BreakTV .
Additionally, BreakTV technology enables precise
