BreakTV.com Officially Launches
at NATPE 2000

New Orleans – Jan. 26, 2000 -- BreakTV.com, an advertiser supported entertainment promotional website, after seven months in test, officially launched yesterday at NATPE 2000.  BreakTV.com's goal is to drive internet users back to traditional television by serving up bite-size highlights of existing programs, then directing viewers to their local stations or cable/satellite providers.  Jason Liebowitz, of national television rep firm Phase2Media, stated, “For Fox Family Channel, BreakTV.com took what could have been an ordinary banner buy and turned it into an integrated, multi-faceted campaign, including streaming video, community pages and targeted email.”

BreakTV.com is also promoting pay-per-view events with "The Girls of Hawaiian Tropic," upcoming appearances of Budd Friedman's first string comics on "Comedy Break from the Improv," and their own original in-house sketch comedy TV parody "Who's Watching Who?"

For more information, attend BreakTV.com's press conference Thursday from 11:30 to 12:00 in Room 245.  Visit BreakTV.com at booth 2671.
