Driving our TV remote control is a middle class household of three from Clovis, California. Fourteen year old Todd, a Wonder Bread-looking, street gang wannabe. Lisa, an intelligent 18 going on 25 year old goldigger in training and Uncle Desi, a mid-forties raconteur of sorts who offers up tidbits from his Walter Mitty-like life experiences.
