Who's Watching Who? came about when a bunch of crazy, star-struck kids decided to put on a show. "Hey," cried Skip, "my gramma has a trunk full of old costumes." "Yeah," said Chip, "and my grandpa has a snoot full of Old Crow." "But where can we perform?" asked Flip. "I've got an uncle that's a barn," offered Rip. Vonetta put in her two cents, "If we mount the production locally we could pull in 150 people max. Why not stream it on the web and reach the whole damn world?"
