In the surprise-filled, one-hour season finale, Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) spouts romantic advice separately to Niles (David Hyde Pierce) and Daphne (Jane Leeves) just before his brother disappears for the weekend with Mel (guest star Jane Adams).  But Niles is back on the eve of Daphne's wedding to Donny (guest star Saul Rubinek) at a country inn, where the bride-to-be's pending wedding vows are made more chaotic by the arrival of her demanding mum (guest star Millicent Martin), her deadbeat brother Simon (guest star Anthony LaPaglia) and other ne'er-do-well family members from Britain.
