Interview with Peggy Lipton
"Gloria Steinem"

Entering her fifth decade in television and film, Peggy Lipton helped define the genre of '70s cool with her character of Julie Barnes on the hit TV series "The Mod Squad."  Lipton also received critical attention for her role as enigmatic diner owner Norma Jennings on the '90s cult TV classic "Twin Peaks."  Her other numerous TV roles include the movies "Return of the Mod Squad," "Addicted to His Love," "Justice for Annie: A Moment of Truth Movie," "Deadly Vows," "The Spider and the Fly," "Fatal Charm" and the miniseries "Secrets."

She also starred in the series "Angel Falls" and has guest-starred in various TV comedies and dramas.  Among Lipton's feature film credits are "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka," "True Identity," "The Postman," and "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me," for which she reprised her television role.  In addition, she can be seen in the upcoming "Skipped Parts" and "The Intern."

The '70s airs Sunday, April 30 (9-11pm) and Monday, May 1 (9-11pm)
