Go behind the scenes and see what it's like taping an episode of That '70s Show!  In this episode, to Eric's astonishment, Red gives him a lot of approval at work, but Eric suspects it's because Earl, another employee who Eric calls a "dumbass" lightening rod, deflects Red's anger away from him. Donna tells Kelso that Jackie's never coming back, so, to everyone's horror, Kelso and Laurie begin dating openly.
