This ain't
no high school science project. These are homemade machines of
destruction, outfitted with titanium blades, battle axes, ramrods,
spikes, you name it, with only one purpose -- to stop the enemy
robot. Thrown into combat in the 48' x 48' arena, these whirring,
buzzing, slicing & dicing bots battle to the death.
Former
Baywatch beauty Donna D'Errico is one of the BattleBot
correspondents. Sean Salisbury & Bill Dwyer call the action,
while Bill Nye (The Science Guy) gives us insight into the tech
aspect. Randy & Jason Sklar round out the broadcast crew with
their own twisted reporting sensibility.

from
Capek:
Battlebots is the best thing on television. I know robots are being used
in a number of industries, e.g., medicine, manufacturing, construction,
salvage, etc. It's about time someone unleashed these machines so
they can do what we really want -- battle to the "death." Give
me more.
from Nemo:
This show is so cool! I'm going to build my own BattleBot.
from
Tony:
B-bots rocks, but cider house
rules.
from
Robby:
The only thing better than the bots is Donna D'Errico.
